Our courses for the ATHE Level 6 Extended Diploma in Management ensure learners meet assessment requirements for these 120-credit Ofqual regulated qualifications in Management. Learners can choose from five pathway progression routes which lead to awards in their chosen areas of management:

The ATHE Level 6 Extended Diploma in Management is of an equivalent level to the third year of a Bachelor Degree Programme in Management and aims to develop knowledge in key areas of management such as Leadership and Research with a range of specialist units available in Finance, HR, Marketing and Personal Development.
​
This course leads to a level 6 diploma award that provides entry to MBA programmes with a range of universities in England and Wales.

Academic Profile
Nationally recognized Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalents.
Business Studies Profile
Has completed an Ofqual regulated level 5 qualification in management such as:
ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management
English Profile
A minimum of CEFR B2 level English demonstrated via a standardised English test. Learn more about our B2 English courses
Entry through Recognised Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants with practical experience in business management may request to enrol for this courses absent of an Ofqual regulated level 5 qualification in business if they can demonstrate prior knowledge and management skills adequately.

RPL is generally accepted for admission when the applicant meets the following criteria:

A minimum of 4 years experience in business management demonstrated by a project portfolio.

A letter of reference from an organization or employer validating managment skills and recent roles.
